Casual Day at NamWater
As can be seen from the collection of pictures, NamWater employees all over the country celebrated Casual Day on 8 September 2006 .
The day was created as a day on which employees, irrespective of status dressed up casually (a breakaway from the day to day formal wear).
The day also marked a fundraising drive for donation to the senior citizens of our country who do not belong to medical funds. This money is used for purchasing wheelchairs and paying for other medically related bills for our senior citizens.
The theme for the day at NamWater was “dress up in your favourite sport team outfit” and judging from the beautifully dressed staff members, the following people hit the nail on the head: Mariane Diergardt, Rudy van Wyk, Tersius Small, Neels van Wyk, Debbie Benade and Leon Esterhuizen.
Other colleagues who also made a statement with their outfits are Elsabe Botes with a cowgirl outfit; Mita Hannam with a miniskirt; Rachel Brandt in her African dress and many others. In this category, Elsabe was selected as the best dressed at the Windhoek Office.
