How Dr. Ottie Van Zyl describes Felesiana's condition after consultations.
This note serves to inform you that Felesiana Nauwake would need a vryflap reconstruction on the left side of her face with "loslating van alle kontraksies". She would also need a secondary lip reconstruction that would consist of two separate procedures. Thirdly, she would need a forehead Rhino plastic for the nose reconstruction, again as a separate procedure followed by a second secondary (two and third stage) reconstruction for the final correction of the nose. Unfortunately, all these procedures would be done in separate stages. The "vryflap" reconstruction first, followed by secondary reconstruction of the lip and while doing the reconstruction of the lip, we will also do the Rhino plastic surgery. The third operation would be for secondary Rhino plastic surgery of the lip, together with the secondary correction of the nose. We are thus considering 3 to 4 operations to enable the understanding and need of the various stages.
The total cost for all the six operations would be R170 700,11. But if a combination of procedures is considered, the cost would be higher. The total cost including the doctor's, assistant's, narcotics, hospital cost and fees for accommodation after the first operation would be as follows:

Secondary reconstruction of the lip x2: N$20 357.00 (per procedure)
Forehead Rhino plastic surgery: N$28 808.00
Secondary correction of the nose x2: N$20 357.00 (per procedure)
