The Chief Executive Officer provides an important link between Management and the Board of Directors on the one hand and the shareholder on the other. The CEO is responsible for the overall control of the Corporation and is directly supervising the four General Managers, the heads of Business Development, Internal Audit, Maintenance and Company Secretary. |

Water Supply |
|
The key tasks of this Department is to abstract and distribute water, purify water as per required national standards and planning for water demands for short, medium and long term scenarios. | |
Engineering and Scientific Services |
|
The main task of this Department is to design and construct bulk water supply infrastructure in Namibia . In addition, it also provides specialised scientific and other technical support and monitoring/control services for the corporation and the water sector in general. | |
Corporate Services
|
|
This Department manages the corporation’s Human Resources policy. It also ensures that competent and motivated employees are in place to meet the current and future needs of the corporation. | |
Finance and Asset Management |
|
The Department is tasked with recording and checking all monetary transactions, budgeting and control, pricing, costing and management report as well as planning, implementing and utilisation of Information Technology within NamWater. |

| In addition, there are 14 divisions headed by managers. Together this structure forms the core level of management in the organisation. | |||
